Booking credits and settlement (club member)
When you book a paid club offering, you spend booking credits at settlement. You do not need to administer the club’s plan or fleet—only keep enough credits to book.

What you need as a booker

You can create a paid booking only when your booking credit balance is positive. Zero or negative blocks new paid bookings until you add credits (or until the club makes credits available through its wallet, if that is how your club works).
Free ($0) offerings settle with a zero charge—no booking-credit debit.
Settlement (policy, short)
Settlement reconciles the session when it ends under Hub rules—it is not full payment at the moment you click Book. Charge math uses the scheduled window (and overrun rules) as published in the Booking Policy.
If the offer owner ends or disables an offering, settlement follows the Booking Policy (full window vs prorated vs zero)—always check the live policy for edge cases.
Offering credits (you usually skip this)
Offering credits are what offer owners earn. Unless you also sell offerings on My Shack or own club listings, you mainly care about booking credits. See the My Shack or club owner pages if you wear those hats too.
SMS credits
SMS credits fund alerting SMS, not bookings. Do not buy SMS credits expecting to pay for air time—see SMS credits vs booking credits.
