Booking credits and settlement (My Shack)
When you sell or book paid time on My Shack, settlement uses booking and offering credits. This page embeds Hub Booking Policy behaviour. If anything conflicts, follow the live policies:

Your role on My Shack

Two types of balances

Before you can book (policy)
- You can create a paid booking when your booking credit balance is positive.
- A zero or negative balance blocks creating a paid booking until you add credits.
- You can purchase booking credits and convert positive offering credits into booking credits.
Manage these from your personal credits UI while My Shack is selected (not a club’s Credits wallet).
Private vs public rates (policy)
- Private offerings (friends & family, clubs you share with): no minimum rate floor; may be free or paid.
- Public Marketplace offerings: Hub enforces a minimum hourly-equivalent rate (see Booking Policy).
When money moves: settlement (policy)
Settlement reconciles a booking session—it is not “pay the whole reservation the moment you click Book.”
When a session is settled:
- The booker is charged booking credits.
- The offer owner is credited offering credits (net after platform commission; see Booking Policy).
- Settlement currently supports USD only.
- Charge math uses the scheduled window (and overrun rules), with quarter-hour snapping as published in the policy.
Free ($0) offerings still settle: charged amount is zero.

Ending sessions and disabled offers (policy highlights)
- Ending an active session triggers settlement; for that path the booker is charged for the full originally booked window while the station is released (Booking Policy §8).
- If you disable an offer mid-session, control ends and settlement charges only through disable time (prorated).
- If you disable before a window starts, that window settles at zero booker charge when it ends.
- Deleting an offer removes its bookings and tears down active control for those bookings.

Payouts
As offer owner, you are settled by the iShareRadio team on net offering credits, per policy. Convert offering credits to booking credits in-product when you want to spend earnings as a booker.
