Invite and onboard members

Grow the roster with email invitations. Invitees register if needed, then accept under Profile.

Your club plan includes a member limit (see Plans and limits). When you need more room for the club, use a larger Club Subscription or member-seat add-ons—invitees do not manage that on My Shack.

Owner / admin steps

1. Open Club → Invitations.
2. Send one or more email addresses.
3. Watch acceptances appear under Members.
4. Assign the right Role after they join (next page).

Tips

• Tell new members to select the club in the header after they accept.
• If invitations cannot be sent because the club is at capacity, raise member seats on the club subscription first.
