Accepting an Invitation

Users can send invitations to join a Club using email address of an existing or new user. That user will be invited to register and then they will find their invitation waiting to be accepted under their Profile page.

If the invitee has spare room on their Club Membership quota the "Accept" button will be blue. If they do not, the button will be greyed out.

To adjust the Club Membership quota, the invitee may have to change their subscription plan under their Subscriptions tab.

The invitee does not have to accept an invite. If they chose to accept then they will have access to that Club and any Offers from that club they may wish to book.

Sending an Invitation

You can send an invitation to a club under the Club "manage" page. You can invite one or more people by email address.

You can cut and paste emails straight from an email or type them in.

Once the emails are sent, the receipents should see the following in their inbox. If the user is not a member of the platform they will see a "Register & Join" button. If they are already member, they will see a "Join" button.
