My Shack and clubs

On the Hub you are always in either My Shack or a club. Use the header to switch between My Shack and any club you belong to—or from one club to another. What you see (devices, offerings, members, and billing) follows that choice.

TBD: Header showing SHACK and a club, with one selected <../images/indepth-shack-club-switcher.png>

My Shack

Your personal place on the Hub. Ideal when you own the radios, you want to operate them yourself, share privately with friends and family, and optionally list offerings on the Marketplace.

UI emphasis: Settings (devices, offerings, bookings, software) and Operating / Marketplace.

Club

A shared club on the Hub. Ideal when the club owns (or hosts) stations and you want invitations, roles, shared booking credits, and club-scoped offerings.

UI emphasis: Club (members, invitations, credits, subscriptions), Settings (fleet, share groups, offerings), plus the same Operating and Marketplace surfaces—scoped to that club.

Why this matters

  • Devices register in the space selected in the header. Select My Shack to pair a personal radio; select a club to add a radio to that club’s fleet.
  • An offering belongs to either My Shack or a specific club; bookers see it based on visibility (private audience, share groups, or public Marketplace).
  • Roles and share groups are how clubs organise people—they do not replace each other. See Roles vs offerings.
